You will appreciate the ample ground level parking for you, your staff and visitors. The building entrance includes a large lobby and waiting area, plus a nearby conference room so you can meet and greet your clients and business partners with style.

You will also appreciate the convenience of our location with shopping, dining and entertainment located in our neighborhood.  Your new address can be on Brea Blvd near the Imperial Hwy intersection and close to Starbucks, business services and the Brea Mall. Access to the 57 and 91 Freeways is only a few minutes from the building too.

Managing the Mundane

Let us manage the necessities you don’t have time to deal with, including fax and photocopy service, wi-fi and high speed internet access. We also manage the free, on-site, coffee & tea services too.  Other necessities like mail and overnight carrier handling, utilities, maintenance and janitorial services are included at no extra charge as well.

    Our executive office suites are unique in that not only do we employ onsite management, but even the owner of the building, George Delanoy, is on site. George has been actively involved in the business community his entire adult life, as both a senior corporate executive and a business owner. He has also given back to the community as President of the Brea Chamber of Commerce and the Brea Rotary Club.

    Therefore, George understands business – and what aspiring business executives need in a workplace that not only allows, but fosters, personal productivity.

    Nora, our on-site manager/receptionist knows her responsibility is to make sure all of your business needs are taken care of – and that her style and personality in dealing with your clients is a critical and a very important part of her job.
